The Premier Academy | Lettings Agreement

Introduction

Thank you for choosing to hire The Premier Academy's facilities. Please carefully review the following agreement and conditions in order to secure the letting. By signing and submitting this form, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to the key terms outlined below.

I confirm that all the information on the hire agreement is correct.

I am aware of and agree to abide by the 70db sound limit.

I am aware that I cannot bring anything onsite that hasn’t been agreed in writing in the hire agreement, prior to the event.

I confirm that any electrical equipment brought onsite has been EET tested and displays an up-to-date label. (We offer advanced EET testing at £10.00/appliance).

I am aware that my party and I, including any third-party companies, must have vacated the premises by the time agreed on the hire agreement.

I acknowledge that I am responsible for my party and any third-party companies' conduct and any accidental damage that may be incurred.

I understand that smoking or vaping onsite is not permitted.

I understand that the use or discovery of any illegal substances (drugs) onsite will result in the immediate cessation of the event.

I understand that any consumption of alcohol on the site is conditional on the agreement of the Academy’s governing body and the successful application and display of a Temporary Event Notice.

I understand that once I reach the agreed guest limit, as identified in the hire agreement, that no one else will be allowed onsite.

I understand that the numbers onsite include children, infants and babies.

I understand that if I breach any of the above conditions that I will forfeit my deposit in its entirety.

I acknowledge that I have read and agree to the letting’s terms and conditions of hire.
